How to Play

  1. Mint RUGPOOL tokens on the website using ETH.

  2. Tokens get more expensive as more are minted. So mint early!

  3. Watch the ‘Ruggable Pot’ on the dashboard. This shows the value currently available to rug from the pool. The value of the ‘Ruggable Pot’ gradually increases over 48hrs to the value of the full pool.

  4. When ready, click "Rug!" before anyone else drains the Claimable Amount, to rug the pot into your wallet!

  5. Only the Claimable Amount resets to a new 48hr countdown after each rug. The Full Pot shrinks by the amount claimed by the last rugger.

  6. After each rug, the race begins again…

Insert coin in slot to get tokens. Spend tokens to claim prizes.

Winning Payouts​

  • 100% of available pot value goes to the player who rugs first.

  • Payouts are paid out in boxETH.

What happens to the funds that go into the pool?​

All the funds that are collected from RugPool token mints create a CDP position in Cat-in-a-Box (v1.1).

Rug payouts are paid in boxETH borrowed from Cat-in-a-Box.

stETH yield of the CDP position adds new ETH to the total ruggable pot daily.

Getting Started​

  • Create a Web3 wallet like MetaMask. Fund it with ETH.
  • Head to RugPool website (link soon!) and connect your wallet.
  • Mint RUGPOOL tokens on the website with ETH.
  • Start rugging.
